Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a digital project pro who can lead a website building project from A to Z, but can then ensure this ecosystem’s performance and propose optimizations. We have 3 very exciting major projects on the table for the upcoming year and are in search of our team lead to carry them out!

The person in charge of project coordination will support the consulting team, follow-up with the production team and external suppliers. It’s a key role that helps understand all components of a project and the agency’s foundations.

 

Your Role on the Team?

  • Member of the consulting team who sets up, executes and ensures the delivery of digital projects
  • Assignment of tasks and their follow-ups in the project management program
  • Ensure communication between agency clients and production teams
  • Communicate regularly with clients on project recommendations, progress and follow-ups
  • Participate in the preparation of project pitches, the support and development of mandates, the development of work schedules, the creation of estimates
  • Prepare project status reports and budget updates on a regular basis
  • Conduct follow-ups with production and creative teams
  • Ensure schedules and budgets are respected throughout the project, submit monthly invoices
  • Monitor and assess campaign and achievement performance
  • Draft briefs, reports and post-mortems related to the various projects
  • Conduct research for the preparation of projects

  • Perfect fluency in French and English, both oral and written (Francophone clients)
  • Excellent writing skills

  • Excellent organizational skills for work
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of the market, suppliers and innovations

  • Ease with social media management

  • Strong knowledge of digital, Web production steps, principles related to CMSs and good digital marketing practices
  • Good knowledge of social networks
  • Results-oriented with analytical thinking, a great ability to summarize and to solve operational problems in a simple, efficient manner
  • Stress tolerance in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills for work
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and is able to work efficiently in a team
  • Good knowledge of the market, suppliers and innovations
  • Curiosity and thirst for staying updated about new technology

 

Your Path and Knowledge?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, interactive communications, e-commerce or a related field
  • 3-5 years of digital agency and Web project management experience

 

An Asset:

  • knowledge of SEO, Adwords, Facebook Business Manager
  • Knowledge of statistics and Web monitoring tools (Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of the Google suite
  • knowledge of Avaza
  • knowledge of CMSs (Wordpress, Shopify, Umbraco, Drupal (Dolphin))

Telework:
At attitude, we adapted to the pandemic situation and many of our employees are still working remotely. In the current situation, we are attentive to our employees and understand the challenges related to this particular context. Return to the office is scheduled for early 2022 but telework is part of our practices and should you have questions about this topic, we will be happy to answer them.
